Target group:  This programme is designed for managers, supervisors, team leaders and anyone who is interested in developing a satisfied and productive workforce - especially where there has been recent change leading to dissatisfaction or distress from team members.

Course content: Participants will:

  • Be introduced to and gain an understanding of the five broad areas of Emotional Intelligence (EI)
  • Practice skills required in order to increase emotional awareness of self and others
  • Apply the knowledge gained to real working situations
  • Increase and improve relational engagement in the workplace
  • Improve their own performance at work
  • Enhance their personal relationships outside of the working environment

Delivery: This 12 hour course is best delivered as two full days over two consecutive weeks.  Alternatively, it can also be designed to work over four half day sessions.
