They will learn about the importance of creating the correct environment and the right ethos for helping relationships to be successful. Communication Skills in Helping Relationships will help learners explore effective communication skills. They will demonstrate a range of listening and responding skills to establish, develop and close interactions. An Introduction to Personal Development gives learners the opportunity to reflect on their personal development and identify areas for development in the future. Entry Criteria: There are no formal entry requirements for this programme, although it is expected that candidates will be open to experiential exercises and be prepared to discuss their self-awareness within a group setting.
