The counselling was personal and bespoke. I have no previous experience and apologise for being sceptical, but I appreciated the time and analysis your counsellor invested in me.

I feel very lucky to go to 1point. I can honestly say I look forward to each session. I will continue to advocate for the service and encourage others to use it.
