Good to know
This service is part of 1point’s suite of confidential and independently managed talking therapy support created to improve wellbeing and resilience across all our communities. These therapeutic services are available for people and organisations who would prefer to directly access support and do not need a referral from a GP or health care worker first.
Current funding allows us to offer most services free of charge to Bolton residents, but we welcome donations to help the 1point Network continue this valuable support. If you do not qualify for free therapy, we still may be able to help you access alternative support.
