We have a team of specialist therapists who work with clients experiencing relationship difficulties caused by adjusting to the many changes we experience throughout our lives.
Situations which put pressure on relationships typically include:
If you recognise some of these situations and feel that you and your partner have lost touch or are drifting apart, talking to a trained counsellor may just help you refocus on the things that are still important in your relationship.

1point work in partnership with Greater Manchester Mental Health Trust (GMMH), to deliver NHS Talking Therapies for Anxiety and Depression – Couple Counselling services. If you or your partner have been diagnosed with suffering from depression or anxiety, you can access this therapy via your GP or by directly contacting GMMH’s Single Point of Access service in Bolton on 01204 483101. Good to know
This Therapy is part of 1point’s Silverwellbeing services – a suite of confidential and independently managed talking therapy support to help improve wellbeing and resilience in all our communities.
These therapeutic services are for people and organisations who would prefer to self-refer themselves directly to support rather than discussing their issues with a GP or health care worker first.
Current funding allows us to offer most services free of charge to you, but we welcome donations to help the 1point Network continue this valuable support. If there is a set cost to a service you will be informed in advance.
